What We Do
UAS works alongside attorneys, accountants, and their clients to handle the advisory, coordination, and documentation work that keeps incentive program participants organized, prepared, and in good standing with program administrators.
We are not lawyers or accountants. We handle the coordination, the materials, the narratives, and the follow-through that makes the work of legal and financial advisors more effective.
The clients we support include companies participating in the USVI Research and Technology Park, the Economic Development Commission program, and comparable incentive structures across the U.S. Caribbean. The work is similar regardless of the program. The relationships, the documentation, and the need for a trusted local advisor are constants.
How we work with Professionals
Many engagements come through referrals from attorneys and accountants who need a reliable local partner to support their clients on the ground. In those arrangements, the referring firm manages the client billing relationship. UAS manages the hours, the deliverables, and the coordination.
We work without intermediary when that is what the engagement calls for, and directly with the client when it does not. Every engagement is handled with full confidentiality and governed by a short engagement letter that confirms scope, billing, and communication protocols before work begins.
Every client comes to this work with a different history, a different set of obligations, and a different relationship with the administrators of their program. UAS does not apply a template. We listen first, assess the situation, and build a scope that fits what the client actually needs.
